About Us

About Us
DSCN0349.JPG

We are a Pre-school Playgroup based in South Ealing, close by to Grange Primary School and Grange Children's Centre. We are a registered charity who believe that exposing children to different environments, various learning experiences, and focusing on their strengths and interests, will allow them to gain a sense of the world around them and develop their skills.

Being run by a parent governing committee, we work with Ofsted guidance on the education and care of all our children.

The committee helps to shape all the services we offer.

Grange Children's Centre

Grange Pre-school Playgroup is located on Roberts Alley, a pathway that is also joint with a Nursery and a Primary School.

We are also affiliated to Grange Children's Centre. This provides fantastic links for early education, and gently introduces children into big steps in their lives.

  • We run a free flow program, where children can access all areas throughout the sessions.

  • We also have places for 2 and 3 year old funded children.

Our aims

Our Aims

  • Is encouraged to take forward their learning and development by helping to build on what they already know and can do.

  • Is allocated a key worker who will build a relationship with a group of children and their families. Keyworkers ensure children make satisfying progress. They keep records updated of children's progress and learning, to share with parents, throughout their time with this group.

Our aim is to ensure that each child:

  • Is kept in a safe and stimulating environment

  • Is given generous care and attention, especially because of our high staff to child ratio.

  • Is shown how to join with others to live, play, work  and learn together.
